Job summary

Exadel, a global tech company, invites a DevOps/SRE professional to join its engineering teams. The role focuses on managing CI/CD across Kubernetes and VM environments, building pipelines in Azure DevOps, deploying with ArgoCD, and driving automation with Terraform, Ansible, and Python.

You will work across Azure cloud services, monitor systems with Dynatrace, and implement GitOps practices to support reliable software releases. A hybrid/remote setup is available.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native apps.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services (AKS, App Services, monitoring).
• Proven ability to automate infrastructure and deployments at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CI/CD across Kubernetes and VM environments.
• Develop and support pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Manage deployments with ArgoCD and GitOps practices.
• Apply security updates and perform maintenance on environments.
• Participate in release processes from prep to troubleshooting.
• Work with Azure Cloud infra and related services.
• Automate configuration using Ansible; build scripts in Bash/Python.
• Create and maintain YAML-based deployment configs.
• Monitor health with Dynatrace and troubleshoot issues.

About the Client

Global IT distributor and solutions aggregator that connects technology vendors with resellers and system integrators. The company provides a broad portfolio of hardware, software, cloud solutions, and services, helping partners design, deploy, and manage IT solutions for their customers.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain CI/CD processes across Kubernetes and local VM-based environments
• Develop and support build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Manage Kubernetes deployments using ArgoCD and GitOps practices
• Perform regular security updates, patching, and maintenance activities across supported environments
• Participate in the software release process, including preparation, deployment, validation, and troubleshooting
• Work with Azure Cloud infrastructure and related services
• Automate infrastructure configuration and operational tasks using Ansible
• Develop automation and operational scripts using Bash and Python
• Create and maintain infrastructure and deployment configuration in YAML
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using Dynatrace
• Troubleshoot CI/CD, deployment, infrastructure, container, and environment-related issues

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, etc.)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes), with hands-on experience with Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD/GitOps
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and configuration management (Ansible)
• Deep understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Azure Monitor and Dynatrace
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar), with good knowledge of YAML
• Good understanding of Linux environments
• AI-Driven Development: Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or alternatives)

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps pipelines
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices
• Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, or similar)
• English Language: Upper-Intermediate
