Job summary

Exadel is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer in Poland to manage CI/CD across Kubernetes and VM environments. You’ll deploy and support pipelines in Azure DevOps, implement GitOps with ArgoCD, and automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.

Strong scripting and Linux skills are required, with focus on security and monitoring. The role offers hybrid/in-office/remote flexibility and exposure to international projects across a global tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with microservices and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• CI/CD pipeline design and automation experience
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or similar) and configuration management (Ansible)
• Networking, security, and cloud architecture fundamentals
• Monitoring/logging/alerting with tools like Azure Monitor or Dynatrace

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CI/CD processes across Kubernetes and local VM-based environments
• Develop and support build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Manage Kubernetes deployments using ArgoCD and GitOps practices
• Perform regular security updates, patching, and maintenance across environments
• Participate in the software release process: preparation, deployment, validation, troubleshooting
• Work with Azure Cloud infrastructure and related services
• Automate infrastructure configuration and operational tasks using Ansible
• Develop automation scripts using Bash and Python
• Create and maintain infrastructure and deployment configuration in YAML
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using Dynatrace
• Troubleshoot CI/CD, deployment, infrastructure, container, and environment issues

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain CI/CD processes across Kubernetes and local VM-based environments

What You Bring

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes), with hands-on experience with Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD/GitOps
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and configuration management (Ansible)
• Deep understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Azure Monitor and Dynatrace
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar), with good knowledge of YAML
• Good understanding of Linux environments
• AI-Driven Development: Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or alternatives)

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps pipelines
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices
• Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, or similar)
