Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking a Senior DevOps Consultant to take an enterprise CMS into production on AWS and to prepare regulated-market deployments including China. You will build secure, scalable cloud infrastructure with CI/CD, monitoring, and disaster recovery, while ensuring data residency and market-specific isolation.

You will manage Jenkins jobs, Splunk dashboards, and AppDynamics health rules, contribute to security hardening and CDN/WAF tasks, and support on-call production activities and

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD and Jenkins.
• Experience with infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Docker.
• At least 2 years of experience with AEM.
• Experience with monitoring tools including Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Security hardening, WAF and CDN knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Openness to hybrid work from Kraków office (6 days a month).

Responsibilities

• Take an enterprise content management solution into production on AWS and prepare deployments for regulated markets.
• Focus on secure, scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure and per-market isolation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Create and manage Jenkins jobs and Splunk dashboards/alerts.
• Manage AppDynamics jobs, alerts and health rules and support monitoring.
• Assist with disaster recovery, backups, security hardening and CDN/WAF tasks.
• Provide day-to-day technical consultations and on-call production support.
• Support development squads with release activities and environment migrations.
