Job summary

LT Harper Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and operate secure, scalable, cloud-native infrastructure in production environments. The role focuses on AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform/Helm, and observability within a blockchain/finance-oriented tech platform.

The candidate will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensure reliability and performance, and support incident response in a fast-paced global tech setting based in Poland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience with Docker and containerised environments.
• Good knowledge of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
• Understanding of observability, reliability and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Designing and maintaining Kubernetes-based infrastructure (EKS) on AWS.
• Building and improving CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test and deployment.
• Managing infrastructure using Terraform and Helm.
• Supporting deployment and operation of backend services and blockchain components.
