Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Senior Developer Experience Engineer in Krakow, Poland. The role focuses on building and delivering onboarding templates, automation, and developer tooling, to scale experiences across HSBC projects.

You will own documentation, run feedback loops, and collaborate with product, engineering, architecture and risk teams to ensure practical guidance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering with ability to build and deliver templates, automation, and tooling.
• Understanding of standardisation and automation to ease developer paths.
• Ability to write clear technical content (docs, how-tos, examples) for large audiences.
• Experience in regulated environments with focus on security and observability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain golden-path templates and reusable patterns.
• Deliver worked examples from HSBC projects that teams can adopt.
• Improve self-service onboarding to scale across HSBC from day one.
• Run and support feedback loops and drive improvements through fixes or routing to owning teams.
• Write and improve platform documentation as part of the launch gate.
• Partner with product, engineering, architecture and risk/control colleagues for accurate guidance.
