Job summary

Snowflake invites an AI-native thinker to join our Developer Advocacy team in the region. You will own the developer advocacy strategy, craft technical content, and partner with product and field teams to accelerate adoption of Snowflake’s data platform.

You will build demos, run workshops, and speak at events, shaping the developer experience while engaging communities across GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack, and more, turning complex workflows into practical education for developers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in developer advocacy or similar hands-on technical roles.
• Proven success driving adoption for developer platforms, data products, or analytics ecosystems.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the advocacy strategy for Snowflake, aligning with product goals and adoption opportunities.
• Create high-quality technical content: tutorials, quickstarts, blog posts, videos, and demos.
• Design reference implementations and demos for real-world analytics, BI, and data apps.
• Partner with product, engineering, and field teams to identify use cases and improve developer workflows.
• Represent Snowflake at conferences, meetups, and community events with hands-on demonstrations.
• Engage in developer communities across GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack, and other channels.
• Establish thought leadership in SQL development and data engineering within the developer ecosystem.
