Job summary
CloudLinux Inc. is looking for a visionary engineer to lead the shift towards a Database-as-a-Service model for our data platform. This role requires expertise in PostgreSQL and ClickHouse, as well as experience in designing resilient distributed systems. You will architect a self-service platform for deploying high-availability databases and manage robust data analytics infrastructure. Qualifications
5+ years of deep PostgreSQL experience, including MVCC internals and version upgrades.
Experience with large ClickHouse clusters and ZooKeeper.
Strong skills in Terraform modules and Ansible roles.
Familiarity with both Bare Metal and Kubernetes environments.
Responsibilities
Design and implement a self-service DBaaS platform using Terraform and Ansible.
Manage and scale analytics clusters, including ClickHouse.
Ensure the reliability of ETL pipelines and data visualization tools.
Implement SRE practices and automated self-healing mechanisms.
