Job summary

Rydoo is seeking a skilled Database Engineer to drive data insights in a Microsoft-centric SaaS environment. You will optimize SQL queries, design data models, and build dashboards using Power BI or Grafana, while ensuring data integrity across systems.

Ideal candidates have 5-10+ years of data engineering experience, strong SQL/Azure skills, and familiarity with Fabric, ETL/ELT, and Python — plus English proficiency for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in data analysis, database development, or data engineering.
• High proficiency in MS SQL Server / T-SQL with complex queries and indexing.
• Hands-on with Azure SQL Database / Managed Instance.
• Strong Microsoft Fabric experience including data pipelines and lakehouse concepts.
• Power BI reporting, data modelling, and DAX fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
• Design data models and ETL/ELT processes using Microsoft tools.
• Build dashboards and reports with Power BI or Grafana.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
• Support Azure-based data solutions and data pipelines.
