Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a specialized DBA to join our trading-related DB team in Wrocław. You will focus on SQL Server maintenance, performance optimization, data-transfer workflows, and ensuring high availability and security across environments.

You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office) and contribute to migration efforts while supporting on-call rotations for after-hours incidents.

Qualifications

• Experience with Always On Availability Groups and high-availability configurations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Transactional Replication and data consistency.
• Strong T-SQL skills and query optimization techniques.
• Experience with database performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of database partitioning concepts.
• Familiarity with SSRS for administration and report development.
