Job summary

P&G Scaled Data Science Hub in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Model Risk Office. You will analyze data science implementations, identify risk, and provide guidance to close gaps while applying ML, optimization, and GenAI techniques.

You will work across global teams, translating business questions into reliable algorithmic solutions and ensuring scalable, production-ready pipelines that impact billions of consumers.

Qualifications

• At least a Master's in a quantitative field (Statistics, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics)
• 5+ years in Data Science with at least 3 years in production-grade DS / algorithmically enabled applications
• Strong coding abilities in Python and Spark; production-grade standards

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams and business leaders to understand problems and build reliable algorithmic solutions
• Develop insights to guide other data scientists and create business impact
• Work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Apply machine learning, optimization, and GenAI techniques to real-world problems
• Review production-grade code and maintain robust pipelines
