Procter & Gamble is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive algorithmic solutions across retail, digital commerce and supply chain in Warsaw. You will own business space models, partner with product teams, and deploy scalable analytics to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Masters in Statistics, OR, CS, Applied Math, Economics or equivalent with data science experience.
• 4–5+ years of production-grade data science experience across lifecycle.
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure or GCP and Kubernetes.
• Strong Python/Spark coding skills and SQL proficiency.
• Proven leadership, collaboration, and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own algorithmic model development for a defined business space.
• Translate business problems into data science solutions and deploy models to production.
• Work with product teams to understand problems and drive roadmap.
