Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a Senior Data Scientist to build an AI-powered operating system for healthcare marketing. You will design and implement entity extraction, linking, and resolution at scale, turning fragmented life sciences data into reliable entities for audience insights.

You will own the end-to-end linking pipeline, work with graph ML techniques, and collaborate with data engineers to maintain ETL processes and data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production ML or data-science work with entity linking.
• Strong Python production-grade, typed code.
• SQL expertise and experience with FastAPI, Docker, pytest, Git, CI/CD.
• Experience with probabilistic match scoring and evaluation.
• Familiarity with graph ML, embeddings, and GNNs.
• Experience with ETL over large datasets and data-quality monitoring.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Extract entities and attributes from heterogeneous sources.
• Design probabilistic entity linking and deduplication across large healthcare datasets.
• Own the linking pipeline end-to-end with scoring and calibrated probabilities.
• Define link quality metrics: precision, recall, calibration, error analysis.
• Link entities to controlled medical vocabularies for consistency.
• Utilize graph representations and graph ML techniques (clustering, centrality, link prediction).
• Build and maintain data and graph estate, including warehouse transformation and monitoring.
• Improve performance of algorithms with changing data sources and volumes.
