Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to build an AI-powered operating system for healthcare marketing. You will design and implement entity extraction, linking, and resolution at scale across large healthcare datasets to deliver reliable entities and attributes.

The role focuses on production-grade ML, Python, SQL, and graph ML techniques, with responsibilities spanning data pipelines, ETL, and model evaluation in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production ML or data science work.
• Strong Python production-grade code with typing.
• SQL and modern tools like FastAPI, Docker, pytest, Git, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Extract entities and attributes from heterogeneous sources.
• Design probabilistic entity linking and deduplication across large datasets.
• Own end-to-end linking pipeline with scoring and calibrated match probabilities.
• Define link quality via precision, recall, calibration, and error analysis.
• Link entities to controlled medical vocabularies to ensure consistency.
• Utilize graph representations and ML techniques for linking.
• Build and maintain data and graph estate including warehouse transformation.
• Improve performance of algorithms as data sources evolve.
