Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial experience in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions.
• 0
• Experience leading ML projects and mentoring teams.
• Proficiency in developing ML algorithms from scratch to production.
• Strong Python programming and ML libraries expertise.
• Experience deploying solutions in AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and semantic search.
• High English proficiency (C1).
• Excellent client-facing consulting experience.
• Working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub) and MLOps; Kubernetes and Docker.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in related fields.
• Big Data tech like Spark, Hadoop, Kafka is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AI solutions across projects.
• Mentor and guide data science teams; interact with clients.
• Develop production-grade ML pipelines and tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deploy solutions.
• Evaluate and select AI tools and architectures; ensure ROI and scale.
