Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking a Tech Lead Data Consultant in Kraków on a hybrid basis. You will drive a strategic data transformation project, building large-scale pipelines and modernizing financial platforms in a regulated environment.

You will design high-performance data systems, work with Spark, Databricks, PySpark, Kafka, and Azure cloud, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs. The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong communication, and a proactive DevOps

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software or data engineering experience.
• Strong Spark and Databricks expertise.
• Hands-on PySpark experience and Azure cloud knowledge.
• Kubernetes, Kafka and streaming architectures experience.
• DevOps, CI/CD and agile collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data processing solutions with Spark and Databricks.
• Develop data pipelines using PySpark, Python and Java.
• Create high-performance, distributed systems with low latency.
• Implement streaming solutions based on Kafka architectures.
