Job summary

StepStone Group in Warsaw is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build innovative data products that help recruiters find the right talent. You will design and implement high-performance applications using Kafka while collaborating with cross-functional international teams.

This role is significant as you will directly power AI Search and ML models across multiple markets, contributing to reshaping the labor market for everyone.

Qualifications

Proficiency in coding with Java.
Practical knowledge of Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
Experience working with Kafka (MSK).
Strong knowledge of SQL.
Experience with Big Data, Data Warehousing, and ETL.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve data products for job listing data.
Design and implement high-performance data pipelines using Kafka.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for impactful solutions.
Manage and improve ETL pipelines and data orchestration.
Continuously improve and scale data infrastructure.
