Job summary

Procter & Gamble Warsaw is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to help technical teams move faster by translating platform capabilities into practical solutions for engineers, developers, and analytics teams. You will combine data engineering, DevOps, and cloud expertise to adopt, scale, and optimize our enterprise Data & Analytics platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Python Spark/PySpark, SQL, Azure Cloud Services, and GitHub.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Snyk, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing and large-scale data processing.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud-based platforms and data solutions.
• Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure and networking in Azure.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive customer success.

Responsibilities

• Enable and support internal teams in adopting and building on enterprise platform capabilities.
• Develop AI-powered support capabilities, automation solutions, and self-service experiences to improve productivity.
• Partner with data engineers, architects, asset managers, and development teams to design robust solutions.
• Guide users on platform setup, API integration, GitHub workflows, CI/CD implementation, and engineering best practices.
• Build reusable “golden path” solutions to accelerate platform adoption and delivery.
• Provide actionable feedback to platform engineering teams to improve usability and efficiency.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, cost-effective, and reusable.
• Analyze recurring challenges and drive improvement through automation and process changes.

Job Description

As a Senior Data Platform Engineer, you will leverage your data expertise to help teams successfully adopt, scale, and optimize solutions on our enterprise Data & Analytics platform. You will combine hands‑on expertise in Data Engineering, DevOps, and cloud technologies with a customer‑success mindset, supporting users across modern platform capabilities including Databricks, Azure, AI solutions, and data management services.

In this role, you will serve as both a technical data expert and trusted advisor. You will help teams accelerate onboarding, resolve complex technical challenges, implement scalable engineering practices, and improve the overall developer experience. You will also work closely with platform engineering teams to turn customer feedback into better capabilities, stronger automation, and more efficient ways of working.

Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

• Experience working in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Databricks, Python Spark/PySpark, SQL, Azure Cloud Services, and GitHub.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Snyk, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and large‑scale data processing.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting complex cloud‑based platforms and data solutions.
• Understanding of Cloud Infrastructure and networking in Azure.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive customer success.
