• Automate machine learning models, database and manual processes to make better predictions, automate, and solve challenging business problems.
• Engineer reliable data pipelines for sourcing, processing, distributing, and storing data in different ways, using data platform infrastructure effectively.
• Implement next-generation AI solutions leveraging emerging technologies.
• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs working very closely with our business partners.
• Continually look for ways to improve your own skills and experience.

Your team

You’ll be part of the STAAT Data Science group in Wroclaw, Poland which is part of the global Wealth Management Tech organization. We are developing cutting edge digital solutions to help internal and external clients make better decisions with data. Within STAAT, you will be part of a growing team that is focused on blending solutions covering digital marketing, technology, optimization and analytics to drive business results and digital transformation. You'll be working in a global team, with colleagues in the United Kingdom, the United States and India.

Your expertise

• Strong, hands-on experience in Python.
• Strong competence in SQL and database design / architectures.
• Experience in or knowledge of R language.
• Experience with workflow orchestration platforms especially with Apache Airflow.
• Knowledge of data science domain and machine learning models.
• Knowledge of LLMs including Generative AI techniques and Agentic AI systems.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies and ceremonies.
• Bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering or science or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution - must have.
