Cisco Systems, Inc in Kraków is seeking a skilled Python Developer to support the development and enhancement of Splunk services. The role involves delivering scalable backend solutions, leveraging LLM and GenAI capabilities, and collaborating across engineering and product teams.

You will work with cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP), participate in design reviews, and help ensure reliable, real-time data processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in software engineering: data structures and algorithms.
• Coding in Python
• Experience with FastAPI and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS or GCP
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI
• SDD experience is a plus
• Debugging and troubleshooting with relevant tools
• Experience building CI/CD and test automation
• Ability to document work for the team
• Excellent communication and collaboration
• Willingness to learn new topics and collaborate with others

Responsabilités

• Participate in the full software development life cycle: requirements, design, development, testing, automation and deployment.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in pre-production and production environments.
• Contribute to design and code reviews to improve customer experience and product reliability.
• Make code maintainable and the product diagnosable and serviceable.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
