Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks four senior engineering specialists to architect and deliver governance capabilities across a broad data platform. You will shape solutions, enforce policies, and guide implementation with a focus on security, privacy, and compliance across enterprise environments.

You will work with Purview, Collibra, Alation, Immuta and other tools, ensuring scalable data governance while enabling secure data sharing across platforms and partners.

Qualifications

• Must have governance, security, compliance, and commercial control capabilities across the platform.
• Strong experience with SQL, Python and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Solid understanding of data modelling, pipelines and orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt or similar).
• Familiarity with modern data ecosystems (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Experience with CI/CD, version control and testing best practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and improving systems.

Description

Build the core data engineering capability that enables Client's Open applications, AI agents, analytics products, and business workflows to securely discover, access, combine, govern, and activate data across enterprise systems, client environments, media platforms, and third‑party providers.

We are seeking four senior engineering specialists who will be responsible for implementation and delivery of key platform capabilities. While architecture leadership is provided by the platform architecture team, these hires are expected to bring deep expertise, contribute to solution design, challenge assumptions, and guide implementation decisions based on industry experience.

Requirements

Implement governance, security, compliance, and commercial control capabilities across the platform.

• Strong experience with SQL, Python, and cloud-based platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, pipelines and orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, or similar).
• Familiarity with modern data ecosystems - e.g. Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift.
