Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a skilled data engineer to work on data sharing and integration projects in Gdynia. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining ETL pipelines and developing data integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL Server knowledge and experience with Kafka, APIs, and data modeling concepts. Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SQL Server required.

Responsibilities

Work on the first phase of enabling data sharing across different applications
Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines
Develop data pipelines integrating multiple data sources and technologies
Work with data storage solutions and databases, primarily SQL Server
Apply data modeling principles to support efficient data processing and sharing
Work with streaming platforms such as Kafka
Understand data structures, data flows, and the overall data landscape
Collaborate with technical teams involved in data integration and platform development

Requirements

Strong knowledge of SQL Server
Very good knowledge of SQL and database programming (PL/SQL, TSQL, or similar)
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts
Hands‑on experience with Kafka
Experience working with APIsGood understanding of data and enterprise data landscapes
Experience working with different data technologies and platforms
