Job summary

Heineken Kraków Digital & Technology Team is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the Data Foundation scope. You will shape data platforms, guide engineers, and translate business requirements into robust data solutions across our tech stack.

You will ensure architecture alignment, drive DevSecOps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products within SLAs. Direct reporting to the Data Engineering Lead.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering with data integration, ETL and warehousing.
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with big data, streaming and MPP knowledge.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and compute/storage like Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Data Engineers in scalable data solutions and pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end development of data platforms, ensure SLAs and quality.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Architects and DevOps to deliver data products.
