Job summary

Chabre is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to connect and extract data from ERPs, SharePoint, APIs, and flat files, turning scattered information into a reliable foundation.

You will own hands-on pipeline development, manage ingestion and transformation, and design models with strong reconciliation checks to ensure accuracy and traceability. The role includes building dashboards for clear stakeholder insights and mentoring a junior engineer in a two-person pod.

Qualifications

• Excellent Polish & English skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, CS, Mathematics or related field.
• At least 4 years of commercial data engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building pipelines and models with Python/SQL/PySpark/Snowflake/Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, integrate, and transform data from ERP, SharePoint, APIs and flat files.
• Design data models and reconciliation checks for accuracy and traceability.
• Create dashboards and self-service BI views to provide insights.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and explain data provenance clearly.
