Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, integrations, and analytics tooling across the organisation.

You will own data pipelines, models, and dashboards (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Power BI) and promote AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery and improve data quality. Responsibilities include maintaining data ecosystems, collaborating with Development, Cloud and Security teams, and ensuring security-first data solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or BI.
• Experience with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouse.
• Proven Power BI experience including data modeling, DAX, and reports/dashboards.
• ETL/ELT pipelines and integrations, including legacy systems.
• Practical use of AI-assisted tooling to improve delivery.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling (dimensional, star schemas).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native data services.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations.
• Develop data models and analytics using Snowflake, Azure Synapse, and Power BI.
• Ensure quality, performance, and operations of data solutions.
• Promote AI-assisted tooling to speed up development and quality.
• Collaborate with Dev, Cloud, and Security teams on secure solutions.
• Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and integration issues across platforms.
• Maintain legacy data integrations while modernising where appropriate.
• Build dashboards and self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Engage stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
