Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or BI development.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server BI stack (T-SQL, SSIS).
• Strong understanding of data structures (data warehouses, tabular models).
• Hands-on experience in ETL design and development (SSIS, ADF).
• Experience in Power BI – semantic model development and front-end design.
• Solid skills in T-SQL and DAX.
• Excellent communication skills in English - at least B2+.

WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer/BI Developer to support our client's data and productization journey to the cloud! As part of our team, you will work on both maintenance and innovation initiatives.

Full-time

Hybrid from Wrocław (1-2 days per week from the office)

Long-term cooperation

MAIN TASKS:

• Optimizing existing data flows.
• Building and maintaining infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from a wide variety of sources.
• Working closely with data analysts to design and provide required data structures.
• Ensuring data security across end-to-end solutions.
• Evaluating and improving existing data analytics solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or BI development
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server BI stack (T-SQL, SSIS)
• Strong understanding of data structures (data warehouses, tabular models)
• Hands-on experience in ETL design and development (SSIS, ADF)
• Experience in Power BI – semantic model development and front-end design
• Solid skills in T-SQL and DAX
• Excellent communication skills in English - at least B2+

NICE TO HAVE!

• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, or Python
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or other version control systems
