Sii Poland is seeking an experienced data architecture leader to drive enterprise-wide data architecture practices in a highly regulated environment. You will shape data strategy, establish scalable information management frameworks, and support data-driven initiatives across business functions.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure data assets are reliable, accessible, and ready for advanced analytics and AI solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in data architecture, data management, analytics, or related areas within a highly regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architecture concepts, including distributed data platforms and scalable data management approaches.
• Practical experience with cloud-based data environments, data modeling, and SQL.
• Understanding of data governance, reference and master data management, metadata, lineage, and data quality practices.
• Experience supporting research, development, or scientific data domains and working within regulated compliance frameworks.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
