Job summary

Capco in Kraków is seeking an experienced Expert Data Analyst to deliver services within a large-scale data and analytics programme for financial services clients. The role blends advanced data analysis with transformation workstreams and requires close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

You will work with Python, SQL, and PySpark on large datasets, shaping data solutions, and sharing expertise with peers while enabling reliable, secure analytics in modern banking

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python (upper-intermediate or above), SQL, and PySpark.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and data transformation pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Experience coordinating analytical workstreams and sharing expertise with other analysts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within banking or financial services would be highly desirable.

• Coordinate complex data analysis and transformation activities across large-scale datasets
