Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to shape customer insights across digital channels, partnering with Digital, IT, CRM and Marketing to turn data into actions that improve journeys and commercial performance.

You will work in a global, hybrid environment, building Customer 360 capabilities, delivering dashboards in Power BI, and influencing senior stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations.

What will you be doing?

As Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping the organisation better understand customer behaviour across digital channels. You will analyse data from web, marketing, learning and event management platforms to uncover opportunities that improve customer journeys, engagement and commercial performance. Working closely with Digital, IT, CRM and Marketing teams, you will turn complex datasets into compelling business stories that drive action.

You will help shape the evolution of Customer 360 capabilities, support major digital initiatives and influence how data is managed, governed and used across the business. While delivering meaningful insights today, you will also help build the foundations for a more connected and data driven future.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role comes from being able to combine deep analytical expertise with commercial awareness, strong stakeholder engagement and a passion for improving customer experiences through data. You will be comfortable working in a complex global environment, influencing senior leaders and translating data into clear recommendations that drive business decisions.

Key requirements include:

• Fluent English with outstanding communication, presentation and storytelling skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across a global organisation.


• Proven experience collaborating with diverse cross functional teams in an international environment, ideally within a global company operating across multiple business units.


• Strong digital marketing and marketing analytics experience, including customer journey analysis, campaign performance measurement, web analytics and CRM data insights.


• Advanced analytical capability combined with a solid understanding of data, reporting and business intelligence tools, together with enough technical knowledge to effectively partner with Digital and IT teams on data quality, integration and Customer 360 initiatives.


• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or similar analytics tools, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 228,000 PLN – 342,000 PLN annually.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
