Job summary

Nearform is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a 6-month contract based in Poland with remote work options. You will analyse complex datasets, build dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights and drive business decisions.

You will work with cloud data platforms (Snowflake) and ETL processes, translating questions into analytical frameworks and delivering clear recommendations. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering at Senior Data Analyst level.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience analysing complex datasets and identifying actionable insights.
• Dashboarding and visualisation experience using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Experience working with data models and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations based on data findings.
• Monitor data quality and support governance processes to maintain reliable reporting.
• Work with cloud-based data platforms and warehousing solutions such as Snowflake to support analytics workflows.
• Support ETL and data transformation processes with data engineers.
• Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About the Senior Data Analyst role

As a Senior Data Analyst your main responsibility will be analysing complex datasets to generate actionable insights, support business decision-making, and improve operational and customer experience outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings through reporting and visualisation. However, as you'll likely work across a variety of projects, your responsibilities may also include:
