Qualifications

• Proven experience as a data architect or senior technical lead.
• Strong data modelling across dimensional, normalised, and layered models.
• Deep understanding of data flows in manufacturing and ERP/CRM contexts.
• Experience consolidating data from multiple systems into analytics-ready foundations.
• Hands-on with modern data platforms, preferably Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with integration patterns – APIs, streaming, ETL/ELT.
• Practical data governance, quality, master data, lineage, and security.
• Knowledge of AI tech including LLMs, agents, RAG and prompt engineering.
• Ability to define roadmaps and communicate architecture to all audiences.
• Strong business mindset to identify value from technology.
• Minimum 5 years in senior data/architecture/analytics roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data architecture across source systems, data warehouse layers, and consumption.
• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models across ERP/MES/CRM.
• Define and enforce architectural standards for integration, data modelling, security.
• Set direction for data governance, quality, lineage, and access management.
• Lead AI initiatives—LLMs, agents, RAG, data products, and pipelines.
• Translate business needs into prioritized data/AI roadmaps and scalable solutions.
• Lead hands-on work in pipelines, performance, cost, and troubleshooting.
• Act as technical lead for the data team and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and external delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes.
