Job summary

Civitta is recruiting a Senior Consultant | Funding to help clients access EU and national funding across Central and Eastern Europe. You’ll work with founders and international partners on green tech, AI, circular economy, and digital transformation projects, supporting proposal development and delivering evidence-based insights.

• 2–3 years of relevant consulting or EU funding experience.

• Experience in proposal writing and grant submissions.

You will:

• Support proposal development and writing, including drafting applications, preparing documentation, and assembling high-quality submission materials;
• Conduct research and analysis to identify relevant EU and local funding opportunities, assess project feasibility, and generate evidence-based insights;
• Manage data collection activities, quantitative and qualitative data analyses and support overall project coordination;
• Deliver assigned tasks independently within a defined methodology, framework, and timeline;
• Conduct client interviews and maintain working relationships with specialist-level client staff.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in consulting, EU funding, local funding, or related fields;
• Familiarity with EU funding programmes (e.g., LIFE, CEF, Innovation Fund) and Polish local funding programmes;
• Experience in proposal writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (economics, political science, international relations, business administration, finance, management, sustainability or related disciplines.)
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills;
• Background in finance, economics or sustainability;
• Ability to independently manage tasks and timelines;
• Experience in client-facing work such as interviews, workshops, or coordination.Strong data visualisation skills and solid presentation design experience
• Fluency in English and Polish; additional languages are a plus.

11,000 zł - 13,500 zł a month

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 11 000 PLN gross/month to 13 500 PLN gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during interviews.
