Job summary

CloudFerro is a provider of cloud data processing services supporting cloud computing for specialized markets, including the European space industry and climate research. You will design, deploy, and maintain complex network infrastructure using Juniper, NVIDIA/Mellanox, VyOS, and Linux-based systems, with automation via Ansible and Python.

You will work in a hybrid model with strong emphasis on collaboration, incident handling, and ongoing learning alongside experienced engineers to shape

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Junos, NVIDIA Cumulus Linux, VyOS or similar Network Operating Systems.
• Solid understanding of the TCP/IP networking stack with routing protocols (BGP/OSPF).
• Strong Linux skills focused on networking; DNS knowledge (BIND/PowerDNS).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Designing, deploying and maintaining physical network infrastructure with Juniper, NVIDIA/Mellanox and other platforms.
• Configuring and administering Linux-based systems, including VyOS and OPNsense.
• Automating operational tasks using Ansible and Python.
• Troubleshooting network and performance issues across complex environments.
• Handling incidents and technical issues as part of second-line support.
