Job summary

Cisco's SD-WAN Cloud Team in Kraków seeks a seasoned Cloud Engineer to help build, deploy, and manage our SD-WAN cloud services across major public clouds. You will work with orchestration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of web-based applications, contributing to scalable SaaS infrastructure.

Applicants should have a Master’s or Bachelor’s in CS and 6+ years on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google) with experience in operations.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field.
• 6+ years of experience with web applications/services and public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google).
• 6+ years in operations or technical/customer support roles in Cloud.
• Experience with orchestration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of web-based applications/services.
• Knowledge of IP networking, security and access mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and manage the SD-WAN cloud infrastructure across clouds.
• Collaborate with Cloud development and test teams to orchestrate controllers and services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based SD-WAN services.
