ipracujzdalnie.pl seeks a Senior Datacenter Engineer (Cisco area) to design and deploy enterprise datacenter networks and provide L3 support. The role leads large-scale deployments, mentors teams, and incorporates IaC automation into operations, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and deep networking expertise across BGP/OSPF/ACI/VXLAN, along with virtualization and server knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Independent design and implementation of large-scale enterprise and datacenter networks.
• Deep understanding of networking and datacenter technologies (BGP, OSPF, ACI, EVPN/VXLAN, NDFC, NX-OS).
• Practical IaC experience with Ansible, Terraform, Python and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of virtualization, servers, SAN networks; analytical, team-oriented, and communicative in English.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive quoting and design of advanced network systems and datacenter solutions (BOM, HLD, LLD).
• Lead and provide technical oversight for large-scale deployments.
• Support resolution of critical client failures (L3).
• Drive automation into deployment and maintenance processes (IaC).
• Mentor colleagues and represent the company in client discussions.
• Serve periodic on-call duties as an escalation expert.
