Senior Datacenter Engineer (Cisco area) is sought by ipracujzdalnie.pl to lead design and deployment of advanced network and datacenter solutions across multiple Polish cities. The role covers BOM/HLD/LLD, technical leadership, and escalation support for complex environments.

The candidate will drive automation with IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python), work with virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V) and ensure top-tier network performance while mentoring peers and engaging with clients.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in independently designing and implementing large-scale enterprise/datacenter networks.
• Deep understanding of networking and datacenter technologies beyond standard configurations (BGP, OSPF, ACI, EVPN/VXLAN, NDFC, NX-OS).
• Practical experience with network automation using IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python).
• Knowledge of VMware/Hyper‑V virtualization, servers, SAN networks.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive quoting and design of advanced network systems and datacenter solutions (BOM, HLD, LLD).
• Act as a leader and provide technical oversight for large-scale deployments.
• Support for resolving critical failures in client environments (L3).
• Implement automation (IaC) into deployment and maintenance processes.
• Mentor colleagues and represent the company in client discussions.
