Job summary

Veeam Software in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Senior C# Developer for Explorers/Identity Resilience. The role focuses on two main areas: granular recovery for databases and Active Directory forest recovery, both orchestrated by a server and remote agents.

You will design end-to-end recovery flows and contribute to an extensible, resilient product. You will build PowerShell cmdlets, validate pre-restore flows, and work with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL internals, or AD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial C# product development with .NET knowledge.
• Experience designing service APIs — REST, gRPC or similar.
• Strong async and multithreading: cancellation & long-running ops.
• Depth in Windows Server/AD or database recovery mechanics.
• English fluency for daily work in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end recovery flows (REST/gRPC).
• Build PowerShell cmdlets with a coherent object model.
• Create pre-flight validation across REST, server, and agent layers.
• Work with SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL internals and AD concepts.
• Manage long-running sessions, keep-alive, and timeouts.
• Own integration tests and keep the suite green.
• Refactor and evolve a mature codebase.
