Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Senior C# Developer to join our internal tools team in Warsaw. You will build and extend web services in our developer platform and drive automation of the development process with a focus on quality and reliability.

You should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or IT, deep C#/.NET knowledge, solid OO and domain-driven design concepts, and experience with automated quality control, CI/CD, and collaborating with international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Deep understanding of the C#, .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms
• Knowledge of software design principles: object-oriented design, domain-oriented architecture
• Ability to establish and maintain automated quality control: tests, analyzers, and CI gates
• Ability to split a large project into small, independently shippable increments
• Ability to judge design and implementation quality in code review, and to explain the judgment
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams

Responsibilities

• Build and extend web services in our internal developer platform
• Work on tooling to automate the development process and improve its quality
• Own a change end to end, from the engineer who reports the problem to the release that fixes it
