Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced Business & Systems Analyst to bridge business and technology and drive solution delivery across regions. You will translate requirements, lead workshops, define processes, and support API-based onboarding and data migrations while collaborating with product, engineering, and architecture teams.

The role requires strong English, 5+ years of BA experience, hands-on SQL, and Agile/Scrum expertise, with a focus on scalable data-driven solutions in a global context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Business & Systems Analysis.
• Experience driving end-to-end projects and working with Product Owners or delivery-focused teams.
• Hands-on SQL knowledge and data-intensive systems experience.
• Experience with API integrations, data migration, transformation, or large-scale implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, prioritisation & roadmap planning.
• Excellent communication and English proficiency for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Leading stakeholder workshops and aligning requirements, objectives, and priorities.
• Defining business processes, workflows, dependencies, and integration requirements.
• Supporting customer onboarding through API-based integrations and data migration initiatives.
• Driving prioritisation, roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and delivery decisions.
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and architecture teams while enhancing search capabilities and platform functionality.
