YOUR TEAM: Join our Business Development Team! With us, you will have the opportunity to work with top experts from Poland, the Nordics, India, and other Capgemini countries.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will market and position Capgemini and its entire portfolio within the Capgemini Group and the broader market, focusing specifically on growing Capgemini’s business and maximizing client benefits from collaborating with Poland.

With your understanding of market requirements, customer needs, and competitive situations, you will ensure successful account alignment. This involves shaping account and sales strategies, engaging networks at decision-making levels, and utilizing your sales competencies to successfully close deals.

YOUR TASKS:
  • building and maintaining strong relationships within Capgemini Group primarily in Nordics to maximise client benefits of collaborating with Poland;
  • building and maintaining strong client relationships, including meeting with clients locally in Poland and in their onsite locations;
  • utilizing your experience to successfully close deals, including actively demanding all available group assets when necessary;
  • conducting client presentations to showcase our offerings and solutions;
  • managing, coaching, and challenging teams in sales-related tasks;
  • evaluating and prioritizing/qualify sales opportunities.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Director, Account Manager, or in similar positions;
  • ability to build and develop trustworthy relationships at all levels (business units and IT);
  • understanding of how to orchestrate and convey the capabilities of an international service provider;
  • strong results orientation and strategic focus;
  • fluent in English, with readiness for frequent business trips;
  • proven track record in successfully closing deals and utilizing group assets;
  • experience in managing and developing sales and delivery teams in pre-sales phases.
NICE TO HAVE:
  • deeper understanding of selected domain (Energy, Public);
  • experience in collaborating with Nordics clients (both locally in Poland and onsite);
  • fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish.
