Qualifications

• Advanced English communication, written and spoken.
• 3+ years IT industry experience with international clients.
• SDLC understanding; ≥1 year Agile/prioritization for value delivery.
• Establishing BA processes from scratch including elicitation & change management.
• Lifecycle management of requirements with traceability & prioritization.
• Experience with UML/BPMN modeling and adaptable approaches.
• Knowledge of solution roadmaps and product scope management.
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (JIRA/Confluence) and prototyping tools.
• Awareness of latest IT trends, digitalization and optimization.
• Mentor/analyze less experienced colleagues; own BA scope.
• Proactive problem solving and ownership during discovery/pre-sales.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, distributed systems and error handling.
• Data modeling, schemas, types, constraints and versioning.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of synchronous/asynchronous processing and messaging.
