ELEKS is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document requirements for a CMS relaunch and intranet project. You will support the Project Manager, facilitate workshops, and serve as deputy SPOC when needed.

Responsibilities include documenting decisions and participating in on-site client meetings in Magdeburg. The role requires strong BPMN/UML, Jira/Confluence, and English communication skills in an agile environment.

Formación

• Five+ years of proven Business Analyst experience in digital, web, CMS, portal, or intranet projects.
• Structured requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation expertise.
• Experience planning and facilitating workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business specs.
• Proficient in process modeling with BPMN and/or UML.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and backlog refinement skills.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI, Development, QA, DevOps, and PM teams.
• Experience in UAT and formal acceptance processes.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and Miro or similar tools.
• Excellent English for international project collaboration.

Descripción del empleo

Gathering, analyzing, structuring, and documenting business and functional requirements for the relaunch of the public website and the intranet, as well as for the implementation of the new Content Management System (CMS).

The role supports the Project Manager in functional leadership and, when required, acts as the deputy central point of contact (SPOC).

REQUIREMENTS

• At least five years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex digital, web, CMS, portal, or intranet projects
• Strong experience in structured requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Experience planning and facilitating workshops with business departments, IT teams, and other stakeholders
• Proven ability to create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business specifications
• Practical experience with process modeling, particularly BPMN and/or UML
• Strong experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Experience with backlog management, refinement sessions, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
• Experience working closely with UX/UI, Development, Quality Assurance, DevOps, and Project Management teams
• Experience in business testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and formal acceptance processes
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro or similar collaboration and project management tools
• Very good English language skills for collaboration with international project teams
• Reliable availability during the agreed CET/CEST core working hours
• Willingness and confirmed availability for approximately ten on-site meetings with the client in Magdeburg during the project duration
