Job summary

TechTree's client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a long-term EU enterprise IT programme in Warsaw. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating needs into structured requirements and helping improve enterprise processes and system integrations.

Key focus areas include HR, asset management, finance and grant-management systems, with responsibilities across requirements elicitation, process modelling and cross-domain integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience and 5+ years in Business Analysis.
• At least 3 years as BA on a large-scale system with 10+ engineers.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills; experience with enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML; education at Level 6 or equivalent.
• Two BA/modelling certifications including CBAP or equivalent; UML Foundation or BPM2.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements and user stories.
• Model business processes, value chains, roles, capabilities and data.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear business requirement specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners throughout requirements definition.
• Manage requirements across the full SDLC; support QA, testing and change management.
• Model processes using BPMN and UML; design and test improved processes.
• Support enterprise system and data-platform integrations.
• Conduct cost-benefit and what-if analyses; develop transition roadmaps.
