Job summary

TechTree's client, a major EU agency, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term IT programme in Warsaw. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, translating requirements and improving enterprise processes and system integrations.

You’ll work with stakeholders, product owners and a 10+ engineer team, spanning HR, asset management, finance and grant-management modules. This is an on-site contract role with ~42 months duration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• At least 3 years as a BA on a large-scale system with a 10+ engineer team.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with enterprise information systems and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Level 6 education or equivalent.
• C1-level English.
• At least 2 BA/modelling certifications: CBAP, UML Foundation, BPM2 Fundamental.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements and user stories.
• Model business processes, value chains, roles, capabilities and data.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear business requirements specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners during requirements definition.
• Manage requirements across the full SDLC.
• Support solution design, testing, QA and change-management activities.
• Model processes using BPMN and UML.
• Design, validate and test improved business processes.
• Support enterprise system and data-platform integrations.
• Conduct cost-benefit and what-if analyses.
• Develop transition roadmaps and support organisational change.
• Help establish performance-monitoring systems.
• Communicate project scope, requirements and objectives across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
