About the role

You’ll get to make an impact like never before – both within Reckitt and across the FMCG market.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be a key partner to the Product Manager and the Product Team, helping to shape and deliver the product strategy through continuous, incremental improvements. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and squad members to capture and refine requirements into actionable user stories that drive real business value.

You’ll facilitate backlog and story refinement sessions, ensuring that stories are clear, testable, and aligned with business goals. You’ll design business scenarios and use cases, and collaborate with the team to elaborate on requirements and validate that they are fulfilled by product increments.

You’ll also be instrumental in driving product adoption by delivering training and support to end users and other key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities
  • Eliciting, analysing, documenting, and testing product requirements – including features and user stories – by defining functional test protocols and monitoring test execution.
  • Preparing and delivering product user guides and training materials to end users and support teams to drive adoption and effective usage.
  • Designing business scenarios, process flows, and use cases that maximise product value and adoption.
  • Identifying and integrating relevant security, architectural, legal, and compliance requirements into AI product development, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Collaborating closely with the Product Team and business stakeholders to elaborate and refine product requirements.
  • Supporting the Product Manager in shaping and executing the product strategy.
  • Partnering with Data Scientists to co-develop bespoke analytical models that address specific business needs.
  • Coordinating with Architects, and Platform Team members to ensure alignment on product requirements and delivery.
  • Writing prompts and guiding the development team functionally, ensuring clarity and relevance of AI interactions.
  • Managing relationships with selected vendors and suppliers involved in development, testing, and support services.
  • Defining KPIs and test protocols in collaboration with the Product Manager, and supporting the measurement of solution value with end users.
  • Monitoring and reporting on product metrics, including utilisation, satisfaction (e.g., NPS), adoption rates, usage intensity, training effectiveness, and stakeholder feedback.
The experience we're looking for
  • A degree in a science, IT, life sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Strong business domain knowledge and commercial acumen, with familiarity in IT standards and controls.
  • Awareness of emerging technology trends and their potential impact – both opportunities and risks – on the business.
  • Experience in analysing and breaking down complex problems using structured frameworks and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications.
  • Basic knowledge of software engineering, data management, information risk, security guidelines, and architectural standards.
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, setting direction and delivering with a hands-off approach.
  • Composure under pressure and resilience in challenging situations.
  • Outstanding listening, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
