Job summary

Solid is seeking experienced professionals in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience to strengthen our testing and recovery capabilities. You will design, run, and refine exercises that stress critical recovery procedures across multiple functions, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations in the banking operations space.

You will coordinate cross-functional workshops, manage logistics, and produce actionable outcomes for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years focused on testing, exercising, or technical recovery planning.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry (banking, insurance, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of technology dependencies and operating models in large financial organizations.
• Expertise in BCCM frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent facilitation skills with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Design and plan desktop testing exercises aligned with CCS objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Develop realistic, MVB-grounded scenarios to stress-test recovery procedures across business functions.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate crisis plans and identify gaps.
• Manage exercise logistics, scheduling, documentation and real-time facilitation.
• Create exercise materials, participant guides and facilitator notes.
• Track actions from testing exercises and coordinate follow-up activities.
• Provide updates on testing outcomes to senior leadership and governance.
• Document findings, observations, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business continuity and crisis management teams to align recovery plans.
