You will contribute to architecture discussions and partner with Product, Frontend, Data, and UX teams to deliver robust backend solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong backend development experience.
• Expertise in Java and JVM frameworks (Micronaut/Spring Boot).
• PHP experience and willingness to work in mixed Java/PHP env.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.
• Build the Search platform handling millions of requests daily in 40+ countries.
• Design components with scalability, reliability, and performance in mind.
• Migrate Search services from PHP to Java to improve performance.
• Drive technical improvements and architecture decisions.
• Ensure backends are observable with effective monitoring.
• Lead CI/CD improvements and reliable releases.
• Write SOLID, testable code and collaborate with teams.
