Job summary

Trading 212 in Poland is seeking software engineers to build scalable trading and investing platforms. You will work in autonomous teams, shaping requirements from end to end and delivering reliable, high-performance services.

Qualifications

Experience with building services using a microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of HTTP, WebSockets and AMQP, and when to apply each.
Experience with at least one modern web framework.
Deep understanding of relational databases, including indexing and transactions.
Ability to design and operate systems that perform reliably at scale.

Responsibilities

Develop solutions by taking a holistic approach to problem solving and understanding business needs.
Engage in the full SDLC from requirements to deployment and monitoring.
Take full ownership of code and maintain it to a high standard, refactoring when needed.
Build for performance, scale, and resilience with low downtime.
