Job summary

Shiji is a global tech company serving the hospitality industry, building a distributed system of microservices for reservations, payments, and hotel services. You will work within cross-functional teams and participate in grooming, design, and implementation of new features in a live system.

The role involves collaborating with product owners, guiding peers, and contributing to a modern cloud-native stack with Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and a RESTful API approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong object-oriented and/or functional programming skills.
• Good knowledge of C#, .NET, Web API (REST), EF or ORM alternatives.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or ElasticSearch and testing (unit/integration).
• Ability to write clean code with tests and work proactively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners to groom requirements before development.
• Design, implement, and maintain new features in a distributed system.
• Guide other developers to implement business requirements correctly.
