As a Senior Engineer, you take the product to the next level. You develop software, creating clean and maintainable code that helps build an expanding product. Your tailor-made code seamlessly integrates our products with customers’ systems. You ensure our solutions are tested, accessible, extensible, maintainable, secure, and perform well. You have great attention to detail and can help principals and leads get a perspective on the full picture. In this role, you work in an empowered team of highly skilled software developers, QA engineers, scrum masters, and product owners. You are encouraged to provide guidance to other Software Engineers and to introduce your own ideas and challenge others.

What you'll do

You seamlessly integrate the Backbase platform with our customers’ systems, focusing on the back-end part of the implementation.

You are exposed to all capabilities of the Backbase Platform.

You collaborate with top-notch engineers to ensure our product continues to grow and remains best-in-class. You play a key role in cross-tribe alignment. You are eager to learn new technologies and best practices, always pushing the envelope to the next level.

You are part of the project team and enjoy working with colleagues from diverse cultures. You handle situations that demand prompt, yet smart actions.

You coach a team of developers on the client and partner side and provide training to those working with the platform.

Who you are

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Excellent English speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
