Reporting directly to the Team Lead, and working collaboratively in a cross‑functional product team within a tribe, you will be accountable for designing and developing applications and coordinating with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure Fresha.

To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face‑to‑face interactions and teamwork, you will need to travel for one week once a quarter to our quarterly team events (in London/Warsaw/Prishtina).

What you will be doing

• SDLC - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React code
• Performance - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
• Problem‑solving - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Quality - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Lifecycle - Be involved in all stages of building products from inception, through delivery and beyond
• Architecture - Help to shape the future of our architecture and best practices
• Culture - Contribute to a healthy engineering culture of feedback and growth

Additional and ad-hoc duties

• Integration - Familiarity with continuous integration
• Tooling - Familiarity with development aiding tools
• Database - Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Technologies - Familiarity with TypeScript, Cordova, Native development for Android and / or iOS, RAIL Performance, PWA, SSR, Node, Cypress and Jest
• Full Stack - Full‑stack experience (double bonus points if Ruby or Elixir!)

What we are looking for

• AI‑Augmented Workflow - You have deep experience building and interacting with AI agents, using them to amplify your output to 5x that of manual coding. You are able to integrate agents into our workflow while strictly adhering to our architecture and security standards, taking full accountability for ensuring all generated code meets the quality expectations of a Senior Engineer.
